Seamless Move-In
Handle all paperwork and first month's payment securely through PGCON.
Four things no PG listing has ever told you.
Choose the bed, not just the building.
Every PG is drawn to scale. Glowing beds are free right now. Tap one to see its price, what's next to it and which way the window faces.
Measured in minutes, not kilometres.
“Near college” means nothing in Kerala's monsoon. We plot every PG inside 5, 10 and 15-minute rings from your college gate, on foot or by bus, so you know exactly how wet your mornings will be.
Know the vibe before you share the room.
Residents add a few anonymous tags about how they live. No names, no photos, no profiles. Just enough to tell an early riser from a 2 AM gamer.
Live a day there before you move in.
Drag through a real day at Meenachil House: what's cooking, when the gate shuts, when the washing machine is free and how the Wi-Fi holds up after dinner.

How do I search for a PG?
Use the search bar on the homepage or go to Explore to filter by budget, gender preference, room type, and city. You can sort results by price or rating.
How do I contact an owner about a listing?
Open any property's detail page and use the "Send Inquiry" form. The owner receives your message directly and can follow up with you.
Can I save listings to look at later?
Yes — click the heart icon on any property card to add it to your saved list.
How does the referral program work?
Every student gets a unique referral code. Share it with a PG owner — when they list a property and start receiving rent payments through PGCON, you earn a commission. See our How It Works page for the full breakdown.
How do I list my property?
Create an owner account, then go to List Your PG and fill in your property details, rooms, amenities, and photos.
How long does verification take?
Our team typically reviews new listings within 48 hours. You'll see the status update on your listing dashboard once it's verified.
